The bathroom towels felt well used and rather firm!!! Water provided in small bottles was insufficient, along with the tricky coffee machine for tea. Also, the tiny cups made sipping drinks quite laughable!!!

The hotel is beautiful. I loved our room! The staff is amazing, especially Rafa, he made sure everything was perfect for us! They even gave our car a wash before we left, a little unexpected surprise.
